Withdrawals at Xhjili

This section describes how to withdraw funds from your Xhjili account, eligibility requirements, available methods, limits, verification, processing times, and how disputes are handled.

Eligibility and verification

To initiate a withdrawal, you must hold an active Xhjili account in good standing and have completed the identity verification required under Xhjili's KYC and AML policies. Withdrawals to unverified accounts will be blocked. Identity verification may require submission of government-issued identification and proof of address. Verification decisions will be communicated via your account message centre, and additional documentation may be requested if needed to comply with regulatory requirements.

Available withdrawal methods

  • Bank transfer: funds are sent to your registered bank account. Availability depends on your jurisdiction.
  • Debit or credit card: withdrawals to the card used for funding, subject to card-issuer and local regulations.
  • Electronic wallet: withdrawals to supported digital wallets; the wallet account must be in your name and linked to your Xhjili account.

Withdrawal limits

Minimum withdrawal per request is €25. Maximum withdrawal per transaction varies by method and currency. In general, you may withdraw up to several thousand euros per transaction; daily, weekly, and monthly caps may apply according to your region and payment method. Some methods may permit higher limits; check the Withdrawals page within your account to view your current per-method limits and available balances.

Processing times

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed in order of receipt. Standard processing times are as follows: bank transfers and card withdrawals typically complete within 1–3 business days after approval; e-wallet withdrawals may complete within 24 hours. Delays may occur if additional verification is required or if a public banking holiday affects processing.

Security and compliance

Xhjili implements ongoing fraud screening and applies AML controls to all withdrawal requests. Withdrawals may be blocked or require additional verification if unusual activity is detected or if there is a mismatch between the withdrawal destination and your account information. Do not initiate withdrawals to third-party accounts or names different from the account holder.

Disputes and reviews

If you believe a withdrawal has been incorrectly processed or declined, you may request a review through the Help Center. The review will be conducted in accordance with Xhjili's dispute resolution policy and relevant regulatory requirements. You will be informed of the outcome in writing.

Responsible gaming and account safety

Withdrawal activity may be subject to cooling-off or self-exclusion restrictions in accordance with responsible gaming policies. If you have enabled self-exclusion, withdrawal requests may be limited or rejected in line with that status.

Privacy and data handling

Personal data used to process withdrawals is governed by Xhjili's Privacy Policy and data protection obligations under applicable law. Withdrawals may be monitored for risk and record-keeping purposes in line with regulatory requirements.
