General Bonus Terms

These General Bonus Terms govern all promotions offered by Xhjili. Where a specific promotion has its own terms, those terms prevail over these general provisions. By participating in any Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms.

  • One active bonus per person: A single bonus offer may be active per person, family, address, IP address, phone number, account, payment method, or device. Duplicated accounts or attempts to circumvent the system will void bonuses and may lead to account suspension.
  • Opt-in and activation: Bonuses require explicit opt-in prior to wagering. Activation is completed by meeting any stated opt-in step and making the qualifying deposit or action.
  • Wagering requirements: Default wagering for bonus funds is 50x of the bonus amount unless otherwise specified. Wagering for Free Spins winnings is 40x unless a promotion states a different rate. Some promotions impose higher or lower rates; the specific terms of each Promotion apply.
  • Balance usage: When a bonus is active, wagers are drawn first from real money balance. Once real money funds are exhausted, bets are drawn from the bonus balance. If the bonus balance reaches zero or a defined minimum balance is not maintained, the bonus can be canceled and related wagers removed.
  • Validity and expiration: A promotional bonus remains valid for the period stated within that Promotion. Absent a stated period, the general window is 10 days from activation. If wagering requirements are not met within the validity period, the bonus balance and any associated winnings may be removed.
  • Maximum withdrawal and release: There is a cap on the amount that can be released from the Bonus into the Real Balance. Caps and conditions vary by Promotion (for example, non-deposit bonuses, deposit bonuses, and Free Spins winnings have distinct caps).
  • Game contribution toward wagering: The wagering contribution of each game type is as follows unless a Promotion specifies otherwise: Slots and Keno contribute 100%; Table games, Live Casino, Lottery, Video Poker, and similar non-slot games contribute 0% or a reduced rate as defined by the Promotion. Some Promotions may restrict play on certain games while a Bonus is active.
  • Cancellation and withdrawal: A bonus may be canceled at any time before wagering requirements are met. If canceled, all bonus funds and any winnings attributed to them are removed. Withdrawing funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance.

First Deposit Bonus

The First Deposit Bonus comprises a matched bonus plus Free Spins on chosen games.

To withdraw, the required wagering must be completed. If the promotion is canceled or wagering requirements are not met, all related funds and winnings are void. Slots contribute 100% to wagering; other games contribute according to the general rules above unless stated otherwise in the Promotion.

Second Deposit Bonus

The Second Deposit Bonus is a renewal of the deposit bonus with a smaller fee and additional Free Spins.

Daily Cashback

Cashback is earned on losses from the prior day and is subject to loyalty tier. The percentage increases with higher loss bands and advanced loyalty levels, subject to the minimum loss threshold per day.
