Overview of the Xhjili Affiliate Program

The Xhjili Affiliate Program enables qualified partners to promote the Xhjili platform and earns commissions based on the activity of referred players. This agreement governs the relationship, compensation, compliance, and operational terms between Xhjili and the Affiliate.

How the program works

  • Registration: Create an Affiliate Account and submit required business information for verification. Approval is contingent on identity verification and compliance review.
  • Promotion and tracking: Receive tracking links and approved promotional materials. Traffic directed through your links is recorded in a dedicated dashboard with real-time updates.
  • Earnings and payments: Referred players generate revenue; commissions accrue monthly and are paid in accordance with the schedule below, subject to compliance checks and quality standards.

Commission structure and calculation

Net Revenue is defined as gross revenue attributable to referred players across Xhjili products, minus player bonuses, refunds, and administrative adjustments applied by Xhjili. The Affiliate earns a share based on monthly Net Revenue across defined bands, with a minimum activity threshold as a condition for eligibility:

  • 0 to 100,000: 15%
  • 100,001 to 1,000,000: 25%
  • 1,000,001 to 5,000,000: 30%
  • 5,000,001 to 20,000,000: 35%
  • Above 20,000,001: 40%
  • Minimum viable referrals: Affiliate must maintain at least 3 active referred players who meet Xhjili’s activity criteria for commissions to accrue; failure to meet this threshold may result in suspension of payments for the corresponding period.

Notes: All commissions are subject to verification of genuine activity. Promotional credit, chargebacks, and non-standard transactions may be excluded from Net Revenue.

Eligibility and compliance

  • Affiliates must complete identity verification and provide accurate business information.
  • Traffic sources must comply with applicable marketing laws and not engage in prohibited or deceptive practices.
  • Affiliates shall not alter Xhjili promotional materials except with prior written authorization.
  • All referred players must be genuine active users who satisfy ongoing quality metrics defined by Xhjili. Non-compliant players or fraudulent activity may result in withholding or claw-back of commissions and possible termination of the affiliate relationship.

Payment terms

Commission for a calendar month is calculated and payable by the 10th day of the following month, provided the Affiliate balance meets the minimum payout threshold of USD 100. Payouts are issued via bank transfer or approved electronic wallets in USD, EUR, or any other currency supported by Xhjili. Xhjili reserves the right to modify payout methods with advance notice to the Affiliate.

Promotional materials and brand usage

Xhjili will supply approved banners, text links, logos, and related promotional assets. Affiliates must use only authorized materials and adhere to brand guidelines. Any modifications to creatives require written approval from Xhjili prior to use.

Tracking, reporting and data access

The Affiliate has access to a secure dashboard showing metrics including clicks, sign-ups, deposits, active players, Net Revenue, and commissions. Data retention and latency are governed by Xhjili’s data policies. Any discrepancies must be reported within 30 days for investigation.

Becoming an Affiliate Partner

  1. Submit the online Affiliate Registration for Xhjili and provide required business documentation.
  2. Complete identity verification and await approval from Xhjili’s affiliate compliance team.
  3. Upon approval, receive a unique tracking ID and access to promotional materials.
  4. Begin promoting Xhjili and monitor performance via the dashboard; commissions accrue based on monthly Net Revenue according to the tiered structure.

Termination and post-termination matters

Either party may terminate the Affiliate relationship with 30 days’ written notice. Existing referrals and their eligible activities will remain subject to the terms of this agreement for a defined wind-down period. All outstanding commissions that meet eligibility criteria will be processed in accordance with the standard payout cycle.
