Betting Information

Introduction

These Sports Betting Rules govern how bets are offered, placed, and settled on Xhjili. They apply to all sports markets, live betting, and related wagering features. The rules ensure fair treatment, consistent settlement, and transparent handling of bets, irrespective of the market type or event status.

General Rules

  1. The rules cover bet types, stake limits, odds presentation, event cancellation or postponement, and post‑event settlement. They apply to all customers and all eligible events published by Xhjili.
  2. Any claims or protests regarding a decision or result must be submitted within seven days after the event’s original start time. Delays beyond this window may be denied by Xhjili.
  3. The minimum stake for any bet is €1. The maximum stake varies by sport, market, and regulatory jurisdiction. The applicable maximum will be shown at the time the bet is placed.
  4. Betting offers include data on the event, participants, and market outcomes. Common abbreviations used are: 1 for the first participant, 2 for the second, X for a draw, 1X for first or draw, 2X for second or draw, and 12 for either side.
  5. Xhjili reserves the right to refuse any bet, void a bet, or adjust odds or stakes at its sole discretion where permitted by law. Bets may be voided if placed after an outcome is known, if funds are insufficient, or if there is suspected fraud or integrity concerns.
  6. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or altered. Customers may use the Cash Out feature where available, subject to market conditions and timing.
  7. Accumulator bets involving components that influence one another are not accepted, except where Bet Builder is used. If a multi-bet includes incompatible selections, the bet may be voided.
  8. Bets are typically accepted up to the advertised start time. For non‑live events, bets placed after start will be treated as void. Live betting information is provided as a guide and remains subject to change.
  9. All settled bets are calculated on decimal odds unless a different format is selected. Winnings are credited after the final and officially announced result is confirmed.
  10. Any promotional terms apply as separate conditions and are not a substitute for these rules. Where promotions conflict with these rules, the standard rules prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  11. Xhjili endeavours to provide accurate live data, but customers remain responsible for verifying information before placing bets. In cases of discrepancy, Xhjili may act to correct or settle based on official sources where possible.

Bet Settlement and Event Status

Settlements are based on the official result of the event. If official results are unavailable, or conflicting information exists, Xhjili may settle the market using in‑house data. Settlement follows the final, officially announced result and any applicable rules for the market type.

Dead Heat Rules

In events with a dead heat, winnings are shared among the tied outcomes proportionally. The return for each eligible bet is calculated to reflect the number of winners within the tie, maintaining the original odds where applicable. For bets placed on multiple winners within a joint outcome, the sharing rules apply to the applicable winning contracts only.

Re-Settlement, Recalculation, and Errors

Xhjili reserves the right to re‑settle a market if an official result is modified by an authority or if the event is declared void. In the event of technical errors, data faults, or mistakes in accepting a bet, Xhjili may cancel, void, or adjust the affected bets. If a mistake is identified before or after the event starts, corrective action may include cancellation of the affected bet or an adjustment to reflect the correct outcome.

Selections Not Offered and Score References

If a selected outcome is unavailable for any reason, bets on other selections within the same market will stand and be settled according to these rules. Scoreboards and internal score centres are indicative; official results prevail for settlement purposes.

Types of Bets

Types of bets include single wagers, accumulators (with the noted restrictions), and Bet Builder bets where supported. Bets comprising multiple selections within the same event are generally not accepted unless Bet Builder is used. Systems and other multi-bet formats follow applicable rules and may be void if they contravene the structure of the event.

Special Provisions for Live Betting

Live betting wagers are settled on the basis of the running result of the event as it unfolds. If an event is halted, postponed beyond a reasonable period, or cancelled, live bets on that event may be voided in accordance with these rules. Winnings for live bets are credited after the final official result is confirmed.

Exceptional Circumstances and Event Disruption

In cases of abandonment, postponement, cancellation, or venue changes, Xhjili may void all affected bets. If an event is shortened or altered in a manner that affects the outcome of bets, the operator reserves the right to adjust or void bets as appropriate to maintain fair settlement.

Operational Integrity and Compliance

All betting activity on Xhjili complies with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. The operator maintains safeguards against fraudulent activity and may implement measures including account restrictions and bet limitations consistent with responsible gaming standards.
